Q. Who Are You?
A. We are a small UK-based business specialising in independent apartment rental, ski hire and snowboard hire packages, and airport transfers serving Borovets and Bansko. Over the past year, we have found an increasing number of people interested solely in arranging ski or snowboard hire packages - so we created this website to serve that specific market.
Q. Who Provides The Hire Equipment And Tuition?
A. We have teamed up with Hunters, one of the foremost ski schools in Borovets, to provide all elements of your package. Their equipment stock is updated every year, so most kit is either new or nearly new. After a day on the piste, you can even store your hire kit back at one of their ski depots (one on the main drag in the resort, and one in the Flora apartment complex - and both located just a short walk from the gondola!
Q. What Age Can Children Ski From?
A. From 4 to 12 years of age. Unfortunately the ski school doesn't currently allow children younger than 4 to ski. Children older than 12 must pay adult prices.
Q. Is It Safe To Buy Online?
A. Completely. We use a third-party service - Google Checkout - to provide our secure online payment service.
Q. How Does The Booking/Buying Process Work?
A. It's easy!
1. Get an Online Quote for the ski/snowboard packs you want, then click "Buy Online". If you want to ask us some questions before you book, then use our Contact Form.
2. Once we have received your payment, we send you a confirmation email detailing your order, the voucher required to redeem your services in the resort, and full instructions on where to go.
Q. When Do I Need To Book?
A. We need to receive your order and payment no later than 14 days before your ski hire is due to start. The website ordering system automatically checks this, and won't allow you to pay if your start date is less than 14 days away.
Q. What If I Want To Cancel After Ordering?
A. You have the right to cancel your order at any time. However, if you cancel within 28 days of the first date on which your packages are required, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. These charges and the entire cancellation procedure are fully explained in our Terms And Conditions. You are entitled to a full refund if cancellation occurs more than 28 days before the first date on which your packages are required.
